Route 30 Traffic Affected This Week In West Whiteland Area

Various stretches of Roue 30 in West Whiteland and surrounding areas will be affected by guide rail repair work this week, PennDOT said.

WEST WHITELAND, PA – Various parts of Route 30 in West Whiteland Township and neighboring Chester County municipalities will be affected by guide rail repair work this week, according to PennDOT.

Below are the dates, times, and areas in which drivers on Route 30 will see lane closures in both directions this week:

  • between the Route 10 (Octorara Trail) and Airport Road interchanges in Sadsbury, West Caln, Caln, Valley and West Whiteland from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, March 26 through Wednesday March 28;
  • between the Airport Road and Reeceville Road interchanges in Sadsbury, West Caln, Caln, Valley and West Whiteland and Coatesville from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, March 26 through Wednesday March 28;
  • between the Reeceville Road and U.S. 322 interchanges in Sadsbury, West Caln, Caln, Valley and West Whiteland from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, March 26 through Wednesday March 28;
  • between the U.S. 322 and Quarry Road interchanges in Sadsbury, West Caln, Caln, Valley and West Whiteland from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, March 26 through Wednesday March 28;
  • between the Quarry Road and U.S. 202 interchanges in Sadsbury, West Caln, Caln, Valley and West Whiteland and Coatesville from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, March 26 through Wednesday March 28;

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur.
