Royer-Greaves School for Blind Winter Concert Slated for Dec. 16
Students, adult clients, faculty and staff set to perform annual winter program with theme "Let There Be Peace on Earth"
‘Tis the season for spreading peace on Earth, and Royer-Greaves School for Blind is ready to do its part through the universal language of music. Royer-Greaves, which serves students and adult clients who have visual and other impairments and intellectual and physical disabilities, is proud to host its annual winter program Sunday, Dec. 16 at 2 p.m. inside the gymnasium of Florig Hall on campus, located at 118 South Valley Road, Paoli, PA 19301. Light refreshments will be served after.
This year’s theme is “let there be peace on earth,” and will feature songs of peace performed by the entire school community. Some at the school are nonverbal, making music a great form of expression and a way to connect with others, regardless of age and ability. This is a free performance and all are invited to attend this afternoon of goodwill and cheer. We hope to see you there! For more information, call 610-644-1810.
