MALVERN, PA – On the heels of the Eagles' Super Bowl LII victory, which is still fresh in the minds of fans throughout the greater Philadelphia area, the Famous Toastery in Exton is debuting a massive new sandwich called the the "Kelcenator," named after Eagles center Jason Kelce who made an epic speech at the Super Bowl victory parade.

The Kelcenator is served on sourdough bread, and includes one pound of bacon, two slices of ham, two sausage patties, lettuce, tomato, and mayo, topped with a fried egg, and comes with potato chips and a pickle on the side.

"We’ve been working on this delicious creation for a few weeks, but decided to debut it and give it away on one of the final days of March to celebrate the fact that we made it through one of the most challenging weather months in years," Famous Toastery's Chris Phillips said.

"The Super Bowl was nearly two months ago, but Jason Kelce will forever be a bona fide folk hero in and around Philadelphia, so we wanted to have fun and name this sandwich after our hero," Phillips said. "We took a standard B.L.T. and added other delicious ingredients from our most popular brunch offerings to make it even better. It’s a perfect way to start any day. After all, Jason Kelce said during his Super Bowl LII victory speech, 'If I don't eat breakfast, I'm f***ing pissed off!' I think many of our customers who come in for breakfast in the morning can relate, so what better way to get a fantastic day going than by eating something named The Kelcenator?"

Kelce, decked out in full Mummers garb, which he later donned again for the Mummers Mardi Gras parade in Manayunk, gave a rousing speech about the Eagles and their underdog status at the ceremony for the Feb. 8 parade.
