(Simple) Peanut Butter Pretzel Recipe (Using Reese's Miniatures)

LINDA SPREEMAN’S EASY “REESE’S” PEANUT BUTTER PRETZELS

1.Place pretzels on an aluminum foil lined toaster oven tray. Be mindful of spacing.

2.Unwrap Reese’s miniature peanut butter cups and place on top of pretzels (I usually put them face down, but either side will work).

3.Bake in toaster oven for 2 minutes (a regular oven will work, but may take longer). Watch closely because the tops should be just starting to get soft. Do not cook too long.

4.Remove from toaster oven and let sit for a minute at room temperature (the peanut butter cups will continue to soften).

5.Gently put another pretzel on top of the slightly softened peanut butter cup and press down lightly to create a melted “sandwich.”

6.Flash “set” by putting in freezer or frig.

7.Enjoy!
