On Tuesday, A Chance to Chat With General Washington

You can mingle with fellow history buffs and General George Washington himself at the General Warren Inne on Tuesday.

“An Evening With His Excellency General George Washington,” presented by the Paoli Battlefield Preservation Fund, is set for 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 29.

Carl Closs, a “living biographer” of Washington, will be in character mingling with guests during cocktail hour before giving a lecture on the Declaration of Independence and Constitution, the PBPF said.

For $39 a person, you’ll get 18-century American far, the General Warren Inne says.
