UMLY Plans Great Halloween Festival
The event is open to all members of the community, and costs $10 per family. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

The Upper Main Line YMCA in Berwyn will hold its Great Halloween Festival from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18.
The rain date is 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19.
The event is open to all members of the community, and costs $10 per family. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

UMLY says the scheduled activities are:
Spooky Nature Treat Trail (4 to 6 p.m.)

Walk the Cassatt Preserve at dusk and meet friendly woodland creatures along the trail. Recommended for all ages.
Carnival Games & Witchy Workshops (4 to 8 p.m.)
- Pumpkin Painting – Choose a free pumpkin from our Pumpkin Patch!

- Inflatable Slide and Moonbounce
- Scary Make-up (recommended ages 10 and up)
- Face Painting
- Monster Mask Making
- Mad Scientist Experiments – Fun science experiments for the kids!
- Zombie Archery (recommended ages 10 and up)
- Cold-Blooded Animal Show
- Pumpkin Bowling
- Karaoke
Artisans & Craft Vendors (4 to 8 p.m.)
Visit Artisan Alley to shop and peruse the seasonal works of art.
Horseman’s Haunted Carriage House (4 to 8 p.m.)
What horrors await you within the Horseman’s lair? This is a high-startle, scare filled, gruesome tour not for the weak of heart. Recommended ages 10 & up.
Tractor Wagon Rides (4 p.m. to dusk)
Take a ride on wagon and explore parts of our 54-acre campus.
Costume Contest
Children and adults. Please register at main gate with admission.
Jack O’ Lantern Contest
Submit your carved pumpkin with candle enter into the contest!
Photo ops with costumed characters!
Food Tent with food, snacks, and drinks available for purchase.
