Victorian Christmas Returns to Malvern

Christmas comes to Malvern this weekend as the borough hosts Victorian Christmas.

The 2014 event will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, and from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6.

It is, as organizers says, a “rain, snow, shine or starlight event,” so “dress for the weather.”

Among the activities on Friday, you can visit with Santa, take a horse-drawn carriage ride and watch the annual tree lighting in Burke Park. Find the full Friday event schedule here.

A number of Malvern businesses will be hosting open houses on Friday night, including Kimberton Whole Foods, Posh Collections, Nota Bene, 12 West Boutique and Malvern School of Music. Find a full list of businesses hosting open houses here.
