Warrant Issued After 22-Year-Old Stabbed In Chester County

The West Chester Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for a man who allegedly stabbed a 22-year-old man in the chest in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The incident took place at 2:39 a.m. on Market Street and Walnut Street, police said.

Vincent Carl Devalia, a 27-year-old black male, is wanted after allegedly stabbing the 22-year-old victim in the chest, according to police.

Devalia’s last known address is 526 W. Marshall Street in West Chester, police said.
