WATCH: Meeting on Historic Overlay District

Interested in learning more about the proposed Historic Overlay District in Malvern?

Malvern Borough has added video of the Jan. 20 Borough Council meeting so that residents who couldn’t make it can hear the presentation for themselves.

The ordinance would “preserve and protect the significant historic resources and associated properties within the Borough of Malvern that have a distinctive character recalling the historical, architectural, residential, commercial, aesthetic, and cultural heritage of the Borough, Chester County and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,” the ordinance reads.
