Willistown Board Of Supervisors Tuesday Meeting To Include Cox House

Discussion on the use of the historic Cox House are on the agenda for Tuesday night’s Willistown Township Board of Supervisors meeting.

The board will discuss an amendment to the Willistown Knoll Conditional Use regulation to allow continued use of the historic house as a dwelling instead of an office or other kind of facility.

The controversy and debate surrounding the historic property dates back several years, as various interests attempt to tear down, preserve, or re-purpose the structure built in 1808.

The discussion Tuesday will be a continuation of the discussion from September 14th’s meeting.

2. List of Expenditures and Interfund Transfers dated October 13, 2015

3. Police Department Update

4. Resolution 13 of 2015 – Accepting Deed of Dedication for Fox Ridge HOA Sanitary Sewer Mains and Easements.

The public is invited to attend the meeting and will have an opportunity to comment. The meeting will be held at 688 Sugartown Road at 7 p.m.
