Wolfson Group Adds Movie Tavern, Lane Bryant, World of Beer and more to Main Street at Exton Shopping Center

Popular lifestyle shopping center also planning a new luxury residential component for 2017

Plymouth Meeting, PA—Wolfson Group, Inc. has added a new dining and entertainment venue to its vibrant Main Street at Exton shopping center with Movie Tavern, an in-theater dining service featuring chef-driven menus, premium quality food and drink, and luxurious seating that completely transforms the movie-going experience. Movie Tavern opened its 45,000 square foot cinema eatery in November 2015 with nine screens showing first-run features, classic films, and special film presentations. Movie Tavern also offers an ideal place for corporate meetings, events and gatherings.

Lane Bryant will open a new store at Main Street at Exton on April 1, 2016, joining the dynamic tenant mix at the busy lifestyle center. The apparel retailer leads a robust list of stores and restaurants launching at Main Street at Exton through fall 2016, including World of Beer, Cycle Bar, California Tortilla, Xfinity and Shelly’s Kitchen Design Center. Complementing the shopping center, Wolfson Group is planning a luxury residential component for proposed 2017 occupancy.

Main Street at Exton enjoys a prime location at the intersection of Routes 100 and 30 in Chester County, Pennsylvania, making it a convenient shopping and dining destination for the nearly 70,000 households situated within a seven mile radius, and easily accessible to regional consumers on the area’s local highways. The center’s high visibility and 44,000 VPD (vehicles per day) makes it attractive to retailers as well: in a gross leasable area of 759,957 square feet, only three tenant spaces of 3,200 square feet, 1,940 square feet, and a divisible 32,000 square foot space are presently available for lease.

The center also features national and local tenants such as Ten Thousand Villages, Springboard Media (Apple), Beneficial Bank, Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Wine & Spirts, Radiance MedSpa, Benari Jewelers, Sweet & Sassy, Happy Nails, Great Clips, Avante on Main Street, Massage Envy, Justice, Verizon, Cosi, Longhorn Steakhouse, On the Border, Buca di Beppo, Nala, Buddy’s, Snap Pizza, Maggie Moo’s, Appetite’s on Main, Bath & Body Works, and Cosi.
