Want to eat smarter and move more for better health and more energy? Barbara Myers, registered dietitian-nutritionist will teach the latest in how you can eat a mostly plant-based diet and do fun activities to get to and stay at a healthy weight.

Each week you’ll get a new challenge to eat smarter or move more. After an informative presentation, you will set goals to meet your weekly challenge. You’ll work with the dietitian-nutritionist and other participants; get weekly handouts with your challenge, how-to steps and tips and recipes; see cooking demos; and learn smart grocery shopping.
Is the NAP Challenge based on solid science? Yes, the Challenge incorporates the American Institute for Cancer Research’s (AICR) recommendations for cancer prevention and cancer recurrence. AICR’s New American Plate Challenge helps Americans learn to make dietary changes for lower cancer risk. No charge, but registration is necessary to secure your spot! Call Olga at 215-307-7158.
