$1K Reward Offered For Missing Newtown Square Cat

Bubu, pronounced "boo-boo," went missing from his Newtown Square home on June 21.

NEWTOWN SQUARE – A $1,000 reward is being offered to the return of Bubu, a nearly-hairless Sphynx cat who went missing last week in Newtown Square.

Bubu, pronounced "boo-boo," went missing Wednesday, June 21 at about 6 p.m. from his home on the 1000 block of Nicole Drive in Newtown Square.

The 5-year-old, 11 pound cat was wearing a navy blue and gold striped collar with a green tag that reads "I eat hamsters" on one side and "Bubu 484-557-0924" on the other side.

He has blue eyes and some peach fuzz on his body.

Bubu's owner, Nancy Kane, said the family is devastated and will continue looking for Bubu until he's found.
