2 Brought To Hospital After Newtown Crash: Officials

Bishop Hollow Road was temporarily closed.

NEWTOWN, PA — Two people were injured in a crash Wednesday in Newtown, officials said.

The crash happened at 5:29 p.m. on the 400 block of Bishop Hollow Road, according to the Newtown Square Fire Company.

The fire company posted a photo showing one car nudged along the shoulder and another in the grass off the roadway.

Two people with injuries were brought to the hospital. The severity of their injuries wasn't immediately available.

Part of Bishop Hollow Road was closed for 2 hours after the crash.
