2 Coronavirus Cases In Marple, Newtown, Website Shows
The county's new website dedicated to the new coronavirus shows how many cases each municipality has.
MARPLE-NEWTOWN, PA — There are two cases of the new coronavirus, known as COVID-19, in Marple and Newtown townships, according to data on a new website dedicated to the virus's presence in Delaware County.
The new website shows each township has one case.
In Marple, the patient is a 31-year-old man.

The patient in Newtown is 56-year-old man.
As of noon Sunday, the townships have two of 45 cases in the county.

There have been 324 negative tests in the county to date.
Upper Darby Township has the most cases with 11.
Radnor and Springfield townships have three cases. Haverford and Upper Providence townships have two cases each. Edgmont Township does not have any cases.
Chester County reports one case in Easttown, Willistown, and Malvern each.
As of Saturday, Pennsylvania has 479 cases in 33 counties. Two people, one in Allegheny County and one in Northampton County, have died due to the virus.
