2 Delco Residents Charged In Eagles Celebration Incidents
A man is accused of stealing a traffic signal after the Super Bowl win.

Two Delaware County residents were charged in connection with crimes that occurred during the post-Super Bowl win celebrations and the night of the Eagles Super Bowl parade, according to Philadelphia Police.
Craig Howe, 24, of Haverford, was charged with receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, and theft by unlawful taking after allegedly stealing a pedestrian crosswalk timer during post-Super Bowl win celebrations the night of Feb. 4, according to police.

Howe was allegedly seen on video carrying a crosswalk timer after others pulled out various traffic poles from the ground, police said.
The timer was valued at about $740, police said.

A warrant for Howe's arrest was issued Feb. 19 and he turned himself in that same day, court records show.
Howe was arraigned on Feb. 20 and released on $5,000 unsecured bail, court records show.
He is slated to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on March 22, according to court documents.
