2 Sought After Stealing From Man's Bank Account: Delco Police
Police said the two seen here were able to obtain the victim's bank and identity information, leading to them stealing from his account.

UPPER CHICHESTER, PA — Two people are sought after a complicated, yet apparently effective, fraud scheme in Delaware County.
According to Upper Chichester Police, a man and woman were able to steal from a 74-year-old man's bank account by capturing the man's bank card and driver's license details on video.
Police said the man and woman above approached the victim, telling him he dropped a $20 bill.

When the man opened his wallet to show them he did not drop a $20, one of the two suspects pointed to items in the wallet, including his license and bank card, police said.
The other suspect, while behind the victim, video recorded the contents of the wallet, according to police.

Not long after the encounter, the victim had money removed from his bank account.
Police said the two suspects spoke with Eastern European accents.
