3 Cars Stolen In Marple Township Over Weekend: Police

Police also said numerous other vehicles had items stolen from them on or near Beechtree Drive, Selwyn Drive, and Dickens Lane.

MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Marple Township reported three vehicle thefts this weekend in the township.

According to police, the thefts occurred in the early hours of Saturday.

Two of the stolen vehicles have been found, police said.

Additionally, numerous other vehicles were rummaged through, with contents of the vehicles being stolen or strewn around the neighborhood.

Police said these incidents occurred on or near Beechtree Drive, Selwyn Drive, and Dickens Lane.

"If you believe your vehicle was entered and had something stolen from it, or if your home surveillance system captured something or someone suspicious, please make a report by calling 911 or see an officer at the police station," police said.

Police reminded residents to hide belongings left in vehicles, lock their vehicles, and never to leave keys in vehicles.
