MARPLE, PA — A fire damaged a house early Tuesday in Marple Township.
It was reported around 3:25 a.m. at a two-story home on Claudia Circle, where flames spread inside the house.
Several fire departments responded and placed the blaze under control in about an hour, according to the Broomall Fire Company.
No injuries were reported.
Crews opened walls in the basement and first- and second-floors to extinguish stubborn hot spots.
The State Police Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
