MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — A five-vehicle pileup injured two people Monday morning near Cardinal O'Hara High School in Marple Township.
A vehicle driving north on Sproul Road drifted into the southbound lane, struck a tractor-trailer and then spun into another vehicle, police said. Two other vehicles collided while trying to avoid the first crash.
Two injured parties were brought to Lankenau Medical Center. Their conditions weren't immediately available.
It's also unclear whether the crash impacted anything at O'Hara. The Catholic school's calendar shows some scheduled activities, but class won't begin until September.
Patch contacted O'Hara but hasn't heard back as of this writing.
