NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA — These are the most recently sold homes in Marple and Newtown townships, according to Zillow.com.

Zillow says six homes in Newtown and three in Marple Township were sold in the last two weeks. Nine of them sold for at least $1 million.

Lowest Price: $500,693

• 3546 Woodcrest Ave., Newtown Square: three beds, two baths, 1,454 square feet

• 320 Columbia Place, Broomall: four beds, five baths, 3,520 square feet

Largest Lot: 1.3 acres

• 112 Hunt Valley Circle, Berwyn: four beds, six baths, 4,213 square feet, $1.3 million
