On Saturday, October 12, 2013, the Broomall Fire Company’s Traffic Unit -53 was awarded 3rd place in the Delaware County Fireman’s Association Convention Parade. The parade was hosted by the Upland Fire Company No.1. The award was for third place in Best Appearing Specialized Unit, comprised of command, air/light, canteen, utility units, etc.
