Boy Drowns After Sneaking Into Delaware County Pool
A boy drowned at the Folcroft Swim Club after he and friends apparently snuck into the pool area and one boy landed on him while jumping in.
FOLCROFT, PA — A child died by drowning after sneaking into a swim club in Delaware county sometime overnight Tuesday into Wednesday, according to reports.
NBC10 reports a boy and three of his friends got into the Folcroft Swim Club during the nighttime hours Tuesday into Wednesday.
Folcroft Police were called to the club at about 12:50 a.m. and found the boy lifeless in the pool's deep end, according to NBC.

Action News reports the boys were jumping into the pool when one landed on top of another.
According to CBS, police believe the boys were pool hopping and the drowning was a tragic accident.
