ObamaCare Must Be Repealed

Let us once and for all force the Fat Cats in Washington to give Americans what they truly deserve—a national healthcare program that works and is fair to all.

The latest Supreme Court’s decision to uphold ObamaCare is
troubling especially for Chief Justice Roberts’ “The Robert's Court."

As a conservative, I am quite disillusioned because now ObamaCare can force an individual to buy health insurance even in the prime years of one’s life when in many cases. First, he or she cannot afford it and, secondly, he or she does not need health protection.

What happened to our freedoms that under this administration have been eroded exponentially with now even forcing us to buy health insurance?  While the cost of health insurance has risen dramatically in the last five decades, forcing someone to buy health benefits in order to cut costs as they want us to believe is not the way to do it because any time the government forces someone to do something that is contrary to their beliefs, our civil rights under the Constitution are undermined.

I believe the time is at hand for this nation to enact responsible health insurance benefits at affordable costs for all Americans. But, as we have seen since ObamaCare was passed in the Congress of the United States, health insurance costs have not declined as ObamaCare was meant to do.

In fact, health insurance costs continue to rise with more and more people
especially senior citizens being priced out of the system with many having to
choose between food and medicine.

It is a hard pill to swallow when in a person’s twilight years, one has to choose between eating of getting sick without the ability to buy the proper health insurance and medication. I say, repeal ObamaCare and work hard to enact a viable low-cost government mandated health insurance plan for all people.

In recent years, the private sector has again and again failed to provide Americans with an affordable health insurance plan and costs continue to rise.  It seems that when a company or corporation is driven by the profit margin, that company cannot in good faith provide low cost insurance. That is why I
say, the health insurance mess we are in, cannot be solved by the private
sector. Government must take the lead to provide an affordable plan for its people.

Opposing ObamaCare as many in Washington and around this country have done without offering a viable alternative is not fair to the American people that for too long have been forced to support a system that does not work.  It is time for fairness and what is fair and best for the United States of America is a comprehensive healthcare program for all.  For too long, the rich don’t care; the poor are taken care of but the people that get up and go to work every day are left to pay the bill for the health costs of others that they themselves cannot afford.

This is not fair and this election year, the people have a real voice. Let us once and for all force the Fat Cats in Washington to give Americans what they truly deserve—a national healthcare program that works and is fair to all.
