Broomall Car Burglar Leaves Sweatshirt Behind: Police
The suspect got inside an unlocked vehicle early Tuesday morning and police need your help matching the sweatshirt with its owner.

BROOMALL, PA – A car burglar in Broomall left behind a piece of clothing that Marple Township Police believe will help them identify the suspect.
According to police, an unlocked vehicle at a residence on the 500 block of Hilldale Road in Broomall was entered by a male at about 4 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15.
The homeowner saw the male inside the vehicle and turned on exterior flood lights, which sent the suspect running, police said.

Change was stolen from inside the vehicle, but the suspect dropped a sweatshirt as he fled, police said.
The black and red sweatshirt reads "Swanky" and "Thou shalt not question the SWANK."

Police are reminding residents to lock their vehicles at all times.
