Broomall Fire Company: Engine Cover To Penn Wynne

Engine 53 provided coverage to Penn Wynne Fire Co. while their members mourned the loss of one of their own. FF Sean DeMuynck tragically perished while fighting a house fire on July 4, 2021. FF DeMuynck is a Canadian citizen and was preparing to move back home the day after his passing.

Numerous fire crews from the region provided coverage to Penn Wynne and in honor of Sean, the Canadian flag was passed to each crew that came to the station to fly from their respective apparatus. The BFC sends our sincerest condolences to the members of Penn Wynne and to FF DeMuynck’s family.
