Get ready to have fun and work your butt off! This boot camp inspired class mixes traditional cardio and body weight exercises with interval and circuit training. The benefit of this style class is it allows each participant to work at their own fitness level. Plus, combining cardio with strength training, you burn more calories in less time while building more sculpted lean muscle. By building lean muscle, your body continues to burn through calories even during rest. This class will get your heart pumping and leave you feeling energized! Class will meet at the Community Center. Ages 18+ are welcome. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat and hand weights to class. Tiffany DiMeo will instruct the class.
