Cedar Grove Road Lane Closing During Day, Night Next Week: PennDOT
PennDOT said a portion of Cedar Grove Lane in Marple and Newtown townships will have lane closures during the day and night next week.
MARPLE-NEWTOWN, PA — Cedar Grove Road in Newtown and Marple Townships will have a daytime and overnight lane closure next week to accommodate carious work, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, the lane will close Sunday to Friday next week.
Closures will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., as well as from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning.

The affected portion of road is between Newtown Street Road/Route 252 and Sproul Road/Route 320.
Crews will be doing utility adjustments, milling, and paving, PennDOT said.

This work is one of multiple ongoing projects to repair and pave more than 200 miles of state highway across the Philadelphia region.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur.
All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
