Chabad of Delaware County Getting New Home

The Jewish center is getting its own standalone space after being located in the directors' home.

BROOMALL, PA – The Chabad of Delaware County community center is getting new digs, as it is moving out of its directors' home and into a standalone location, the center said.

According to the Jewish Exponent, the center will move from 19 Mather Ave. in Broomall to 580 Reed Road soon.

The new location is 1,600 square feet and formerly housed an MRI facility.

Work on renovations to the space began in late August and are still underway, according to the center.

Co-directors Rabbi Tzvi Altein and Rikki Altein used to run the center from their home.

Funds are still needed to complete the work, and you can help out by donating here.

There is no word on when the renovations will be complete.
