While interacting with Fisher, police smelled marijuana, leading police to investigate further, according to police.

Police then found marijuana, cocaine, crack cocaine, ecstasy, and Xanax pills, more than $300 in cash, multiple cell phones, drug trafficking paraphernalia, and a .380 caliber Glock firearm that was previously reported stolen out of Philadelphia, authorities said.

Fisher’s criminal history prevents him from legally owning or possessing a firearm, police said.

He has previously pleaded guilty to simple assault and drug crimes, according to court documents.

He was held after failing to post 10 percent of $100,000 bail.

Fisher is scheduled for a Sept. 1 preliminary hearing, court records show.
