Daytime, Nighttime Lane Closures To Impact West Chester Pike Next Week
PennDOT said work on a local safety improvement project on West Chester Pike in Newtown Square will force lane closures in both directions.
NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A lane on West Chester Pike in Newtown Township will have a lane closure next week during the daytime and nighttime, according to PennDOT.
A local safety improvement project will force lane closures in both directions on West Chester Pike Monday through Friday next week.
The closure will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., as well as from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning.

The affected portion of road is between Boot road and Bryn Mawr Avenue.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
