Delaware County Man Guilty Of Possessing, Sharing Child Porn: DA
The Havertown man had numerous images of child pornography, as well as several videos of child pornography, on two of his hard drives.

A Delaware County man accused of possessing and sharing child pornography online was found guilty of his crimes recently, Delaware County District Attorney Katayoun Copeland announced Friday, April 6.
Martin Lambert, 44, of Havertown, was found guilty on April 5 of dissemination of photo/film of child sex acts, 41 counts of possession of child pornography, and one count of criminal use of a communication facility, Copeland's office announced.
Authorities launched the investigation into Lambert's actions after investigators tracked an IP address that was sharing child pornography to Lambert in late 2015.

After obtaining a warrant, authorities searched Lambert's Havertown home in January 2016, during which they found two hard drives.
One of the drives had 42 images of child pornography, authorities said in an affidavit for probable cause.

Most of the images depicted young girls engaged in sex acts with adult, but one involved an animal, the affidavit reads.
Additionally, 27 of the 42 images featured child victims that had previously been identified by authorities.
The other hard drive had three videos of child pornography on it, according to the affidavit.
Lambert was charged on June 21, 2016 with one count of dissemination of photo/film of child sex acts, 30 counts of possession of child pornography, and 31 counts of criminal use of a communication facility.
Then on April 5, a jury found Lambert guilty of the crimes listed above.
Lambert is slated to be sentenced on June 19. He is free after posting 10 percent of $250,000 bail and is being supervised through an electronic home monitoring system, the DA's office said.
