The Delaware County Symphony presents a Musical Perspectives program featuring the ever popular David Patrick Stearns
Our guest speaker will share insights into the world of being a professional classical music critic followed by a Q & A session for all.

On Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 7 P.M. the Delaware County Symphony will present a Musical Perspectives fundraising event featuring guest speaker David Patrick Stearns acclaimed music critic for the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Mr. Stearns has been the classical music critic for the Philadelphia Inquirer since 2000 and was the music critic at USA Today newspaper from 1983 to 2000. He is also a contributor to Creatively Speaking with Jim Cotter and the NPR Morning Edition program on WRTI-FM in Philadelphia. Our guest speaker has also contributed to the medium of Film as a Screenwriter for two Lawrence Kraman documentaries, David Amram The First 80 Years and The Face on the Barroom Floor. He holds an MA in musicology from New York University and resides in Philadelphia.
