Two Upper Darby parents are behind bars after allegedly leaving their 3-year-old son home alone, who then fell out of a second-story window.

UPPER DARBY, PA – Two Delaware County parents are facing charges after allegedly leaving their child alone in their home, leading to his fall out of a second-story window, according to authorities.
Upper Darby Police charged Lea Rosine Wanhi and Legbo Thierry Wanhi, both 31 of Upper Darby, with felony endangering the welfare of a child and recklessly endangering another person, according to court records.
Police said the pair were arrested after leaving their 3-year-old son home alone on Monday, May 28 while Legbo Wanhi when to find a job and Lea Wanhi was at work.

The boy then fell out of a second floor window of their Hampden Road apartment home, according to police.
Both parents are being held on 10 percent of $30,000 bail, court records show.

They are both scheduled to appear for their preliminary hearings on June 22, according to court documents.
