Delco Christian Goes From the Bottom to the Top
The Knights are proving themselves as a surprising underdog this year.

NEWTOWN SQUARE–After six weeks, remains the top team in the PIAA District 1 Class A point standings.
The Knights are now 5-0 with winless Morrisville up next on the Knights’ docket. At the conclusion of the 10th week of the season, (Nov. 5), teams with the highest point average will qualify for the District 1 playoffs.
The top team with the highest point average will host the first round games. In Class A, the five District 1 teams will compete with one team from District 12 for positions in the two team sub-region bracket.

Teams are ranked by point average for placement in the bracket on Nov. 12, in which the top team will play second place. The winner of that game will play the weekend of Nov. 25 to determine against the champion from District 11.
Right now, Calvary Christian, the defending district champions that the , sits in second place.
