Delco Woman Vandalized Federal Buildings In Philly: Police

Seven people have been charged in connection with vandalism at three federal government buildings in Philadelphia on New Year's Eve.

WALLINGFORD, PA — A Delaware County woman is one of seven people accused of vandalizing federal government buildings in Philadelphia on New Year's Eve.

According to court records, Allison Donohue, 23, of Wallingford, has been charged with criminal mischief, possession of an instrument of crime, and conspiracy in connection with the vandalization of three federal buildings in the city in the early evening of New Year's Eve.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports Donohue and several others are accused of targeting the U.S. Customs House, the Robert Nix Federal Building, and the Federal Detention Center on New Year's Eve.

Also facing the same charges are Adam McVicker, 25, of Coatesville; and Josey Augustine, 31, of Royersford; and Dustin Callahan, 24, of Farmingdale, N.J.

Three others — Jacob Robotin, 25, of Willow Grove; Sydney Miller, 22, of Philadelphia; and Meredith Tooker, 26, of Philadelphia — were charged with arson, risking catastrophe, having an incendiary device, conspiracy, recklessly endangering another person, and related crimes, court records show.

Donohue, McVicker, Augustine, and Callahan were released on $10,000 unsecured bail. Tooker was also released on $75,000 unsecured bail. Robotin and Miller were released after posting 10 percent of $75,000 bail.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the group is accused of vandalizing the U.S. Customs House, the Robert Nix Federal Building, and the Federal Detention Center on New Year's Eve.

The detention center was vandalized with antifa related graffiti and a police van was spray-painted with "ACAB," which stands for "all cops are bastards," on a sheriff's van.

Police told Action News that they found Molotov cocktails and other unidentified devices.

Robotin, Miller, and Tooker have preliminary hearings scheduled for Jan. 19. Preliminary hearings for McVicke, Donohue, Augustine, and Callahan are scheduled for Feb. 1.
