Donate Blood In Newtown Square Next Week
The American Red Cross is urging the public to donate blood during National Volunteer Month.

In its push during National Volunteer Month, the American Red Cross is holding blood drives around Delaware County. If you want to help those in need, the Red Cross is holding a drive on April 10 in Newtown Square.
The drive will be held from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, April 10, at Knights of Columbus, 327 Newtown Street Road, Newtown Square.
"I think it’s one of the most rewarding things you can do, knowing that such a simple act can have such a positive impact on another human being in a time of need," Bill Parr, who has been donating blood for more than three decades, said of donating.
