DUI, More Charges Filed After Crash Sparks Vehicle Fires In Delco
A 20-year-old Sharon Hill woman has been charged with DUI and related offenses after a Nov. 11 crash that caused police cars to catch fire.
SHARON HILL, PHILADELPHIA — A Sharon Hill woman has been charged with DUI and related crimes in connection with a crash on Interstate 95 that led to two police vehicles and another vehicle to catch fire earlier this month.
Court records show Kenniah Ann Corri Irvin, 20, of Sharon Hill, is charged with DUI, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, and numerous summary traffic offenses.
The charges stem from a Nov. 11 incident on Interstate 95 south in Chester.

According to Chester City Police, the crash occurred that morning on the highway when officers stopped a vehicle near Exit 4.
Two officers were involved in the stop, and while they were outside their vehicles, another vehicle struck both stopped police cruisers.

Irvin and two of her passengers were taken to hospitals for treatment for non-life-threatening injuries, the Delaware County Daily Times reports.
Court records show Irvin is awaiting her preliminary arraignment.
