Epiphany

One of my favorite shows to watch is Bar Rescue where someone comes in and saves failing bars around the United States.

On a regular old episode yesterday, the bar saver said something that made me think, "Over 2.1 million college kids will graduate this year."  In the show, they were referring to the fact that they would be looking for a local watering hole to go to but it got me thinking about my own business.

I thought, what if I could capture that market.  Not right this second obviously because with student loans, they wouldn't qualify to buy a house but in five years?  There's no time like the present to start a relationship that could lead to future business down the road.
