All high school students are invited to participate in the competition. The opening reception is April 25 and the exhibit will run through May 7. Each participating congressional district will choose a winning entry that will be displayed for a year in the Cannon Tunnel to the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C., along with the winners from the other congressional districts across the country.
