Paging Samuel founding members Lead Vocalist/ Lyricist Paul Israel Forsyth and Rhythm Guitarist/ Background Vocalist JD Hull welcomed the classically trained Violinist/ Lead Guitarist Bill Earley, Bass Man Nate Harlow, and Drummer Extraordinaire Scott Johnston to the fold in 2011. Since that time, new doors have been opening for the band who strives to live by the motto: "God speaks. We try to listen."

Among many other events, they finally kicked off the long-awaited recording of their first album. This Indie Folk Rock band of artists write and perform songs that aim straight for the heart and soul. Inspired by artists from Matt Maher and Jars of Clay to Pete Townshend and Flyleaf, their lyrics are honest, and passionate ...their music poignant.
