Delaware County Symphony Chamber Music Series performs works by Glazounov, Hindemith and Beethoven.

The Delaware County Symphony presents the third of its Chamber Concert Series for the 2011-2012 season on Sunday February 12, 2012 at 3 p.m. in the Meagher Theatre of the Thomas A. Bruder, Jr. Life Center at Neumann University, Aston, Pa.
This unique concert will feature Roberta Winemiller alto saxophone performing the Concerto in E-flat Major for Saxophone by Alexander Glazounov. Included in the program will be Septet for Winds by Paul Hindemith and the Quintet for E-flat Major for Piano and Winds by Ludwig Van Beethoven. Chamber program commentary will be provided by Jeremy Gill, Music Director. The theatre is handicapped accessible and there is ample free parking adjacent to the theatre. Tickets are $10, $8 for seniors/students and free for children 12 and under with paying adult admission. A special ticket price of $6 applies to groups of 10 or more. All members of the military on active and reserve duty who attend in uniform will be admitted free. The next full symphonic concert will be on Sunday February 26, 2012 at 3:00pm entitled Notable Firsts featuring works by Honegger, Beethoven and Shostakovich.
