WHAT TO BRING/WEAR
• It is recommended to not eat one hour before the class.
• You should wear clothes that can stretch in and a water bottle.
• Please arrive 5 minutes early to give yourself to find parking, settle into the space, and decompress before the practice starts. Arriving late disrupts the tranquil mood of the group.
