Saturday morning Zumba with Boot Camp! 45 minutes of your favorite Zumba songs including Latin and International
rhythms and fun pop songs to get the cardio fat burning machine in full speed then 30 minutes of toning exercises for legs, buttocks, arms, abdominals and core section. Bring a set of weights 3-5 lbs for the arm work and an exercise mat for the core and stretching. A great way to start your weekend! Class will be held at the Community Center Gym. Class taught by Pam Nelson & Candice McCarthy.
