Ex Delco Bus Driver Admits To 'Upskirt' Photos Of Underage Girls
Bruce Garner, 71, of Lansdowne, faces over 400 years in prison after admitting to taking lurid photos and videos of students on his bus.
DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — A former bus driver who worked for the Marple Newtown School District and other schools in Delaware County admitted in court to taking lurid photos of underage girls.
Bruce S. Garner, 71, of Lansdowne, pleaded guilty on Feb. 23 in court to 21 counts each of attempted creation of child pornography, unlawful contact with minors, and invasion of privacy, according to court documents.
Garner is scheduled to be sentenced on June 1 and faces more than 400 years.

He was charged in May 2022 after a student took video of Garner's suspicious behavior, which authorities later determined was him taking photos and videos up the skirts of teens and preteens, according to the Delaware County Daily Times.
Authorities later searched Garner's phone and found such photos and videos, Fox 29 reports.

Garner worked for St. Mary Magdalen in Media in addition to the Marple Newtown School District, according to reports.
