Felony Charge Filed In Broomall Road Rage Incident

Police said the man pulled out a BB gun that looked like a real gun during a road rage incident Wednesday in Broomall.

BROOMALL, PA — Police in Marple Township arrested a man suspected of pulling out a gun during a road rage incident in Broomall.

According to police and court documents, Rosario Todd, 51, of Springfield, was taken into custody Thursday afternoon.

Todd was charged with a felony firearm crime, terroristic threats, simple assault, and related crimes.

He was held after failing to post $75,000 bail.

According to the Delaware County Daily Times, Todd pulled out a BB gun, not a real firearm, during the incident Wednesday at the intersection of West Sproul and Old Marple roads.

Police said a second confrontation occurred at the traffic light at Sproul and Springfield roads.

Todd is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Feb. 27.
