Fiery, 3-Vehicle Crash Sends Car Down Embankment In Newtown Square

One of the vehicles overturned off the roadway and caught fire.

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA — A car overturned down an embankment and caught fire during a three-vehicle crash Saturday night in Newtown Square, officials said.

The crash happened around 8:30 p.m. on the 5900 block of West Chester Pike. One of the cars overturned down an embankment off the roadway, according to the Newtown Square Fire Company.

Firefighters extinguished a blaze off the roadway.
