476 Traffic Flowing In Delco, Main Line After Waters Recede
Traffic on Interstate 476 South came to a crawl in Delco and the Main Line as flooding is created travel issues in the Philly area.

BROOMALL, PA – Southbound Interstate 476 in Delaware County was at a crawl due to flooding from Monday morning's heavy rains.
PennDOT traffic cameras showed major backups on the road near Exit 9 in Broomall in the morning.
PennDOT said the flooding was cleared by about 11:43 a.m.

KYW reports traffic was jammed from Broomall up to Conshohocken as the flooding persisted.
