Give Blood In Broomall This Holiday Season

BROOMALL, PA — The holiday season is the giving season, and what better gift to give than the gift of life?

This season, the American Red Cross is urging eligible donors to be the lifeline for patients in need this holiday season by making an appointment to give blood or platelets.

There are three upcoming drives in Broomall where you can donate.

They are:

• 11/26/2019: 1 p.m. - 6 p.m., Grace Lutheran Church, 2191 West Chester Pike
• 11/26/2019: 2 p.m. - 7 p.m., Marple Christian Church, 475 Lawrence Road
• 12/16/2019: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., Main Line Health Outpatient, 1991 Sproul Road

While helping to save lives is likely motivation enough, those who come out to give Nov. 18 through Dec. 18 will also receive a $5 Amazon Gift Card via email, courtesy of Suburban Propane.

Additionally, those who come to give Nov. 27 through Nov. 30 will receive an exclusive long-sleeved T-shirt, while supplies last.

As schedules fill with holiday parties, shopping and fun with friends and family, many blood and platelet donors delay giving.
