Marple Police Ask For Public's Help Identifying Shoplifters Who Bagged Stolen Groceries

Police in Marple Township are looking for two men who pushed carts full of unpaid merchandise out of Giant on the morning of June 25.

MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — Two men are wanted for taking $300 worth of merchandise from the Giant store in Broomall on June 25, Marple Police said.

The suspects pushed shopping carts into the store that Saturday at 8:24 a.m.

"They selected more than three hundred dollars worth of merchandise and, with no intention of paying for the merchandise, placed the items into bags," police said on July 14. "They then left the store without paying for the bagged items."

The suspects were last seen heading towards the Royal Farms convenience store nearby, police said.
